今早Celcom公司的手机通讯出现大范围中断服务，许多用户无法通话和上网，纷纷涌入推特留言哀嚎。
根据用户提供Celcom的回函告知，中断服务发生在今早6时45分，受影响的范围包括预付和后付配套的用户，造成部分用户无法通话和使用2G/3G数据上网。
Celcom技术工程解释，中断服务原因是路由器或切换机发生故障，目前技术人员正在抢修中。目前部分用户的通讯服务尚未恢复正常。
Celcom表示，西马地区的网络目前已经恢复正常了，至于东马地区的网络将在接下来1小时内恢复正常。

We regret to inform that there was a network outage this morning starting at 7:00am which has affected incoming and outgoing calls nationwide. Our tech team has fixed this outage at 9:30am and services in Peninsular Malaysia is already back to normal whilst East Malaysia will recover gradually in the next 1 hour. The outage was a result of a troubled network upgrade. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.
