国家银行日前呼吁银行采用更安全的身份验证形式来取代SMS TAC，防止国内日益严重的诈骗案。
其实，目前很多银行已经逐步的以应用程序认证来取代简讯验证码了，其中就包括了丰隆银行。
丰隆银行Hong Leong Bank从今年3月份开始落实，大部分的交易都已经可以使用AppAuthorise来取代SMS TAC来获得授权交易。
根据丰隆银行官方网站的资料显示，目前在进行18种交易时，都可以使用AppAuthorise取代SMS TAC，来获得批准。不过目前还有7种交易仍然需要SMS TAC来验证，其中就包括了更改每日交易限额、在HLB Connect绑定新设备等。
18种交易只能通过AppAuthorise来完成的交易：
1. 转账到其他丰隆银行户口 / Transfers to a 3rd Party HLB Account
2. IBG转账 / Transfers via IBG
3. DuitNow转账至户口 / Transfers via DuitNow to Account
4. DuitNow转账至手机号码或其他ID / Transfers via DuitNow to Mobile/ Other ID
5. 缴付账单 / Bill Payments
6. 手机预付加额 / Prepaid Reload
7. 管理自动转账指令 / Manage Standing Instruction (SI)
8. 签购ASNB / ASNB Subscription
9. 扫描QR的交易 / Scan QR Transactions
10. 定期存款存放或提款 / eFD/-i Placement & Withdrawal
11. 投资户口签购或兑现 / Investment Account-i subscription /redemption
12. 信用卡相关申请 / Credit Card portfolio application i.e. Balance Transfer / Quick Cash / Flexi Payment Plan
13. 扣账卡服务 / Debit / ATM Card Services i.e. Create/Change PIN, Reset Forgotten PIN, Activate Card, Card Transactions Limit, Card Feature Settings, Report Lost/Stolen Card & Fraud and Link Accounts.
14. 信用卡相关服务 / Credit Card Services i.e. Create/Change PIN, Reset Forgotten PIN, Activate Card, Request Increase in Credit Limit, Notify Overseas Travel, Request Card Replacement, Report Lost/Stolen Card & Fraud.
15. 户口设置 / Customise Account (View & Transact)
16. 更新DuitNow ID / Update DuitNow ID
17. 更新联系资料 / Update Contact Info (Credit Cards, Deposit Account)
18. 海外转账 / Overseas Transfer
仍需SMS TAC来验证的交易
1. New HLB Connect registration
2. Upgrading of existing HLB Connect account to higher access level
3. Reset or change of your HLB Connect username and/or Password
4. Changing your Daily Online Transaction Limit
5. Adding favourite account/biller/DuitNow proxy ID e.g. mobile no/ NRIC, etc.
6. Reset Dormant Connect Users
7. Binding/Linking new mobile device to your Connect profile
