天地通Celcom的用户注意啦,Celcom 发出文告表示,为了提升全国4G网路的系统,该公司的用户将在接下来的4个月面对网路不稳定,甚至线路中断的问题。
Celcom在今天一项文告中指出,这项现代化网络升级行动涉及在巴生谷地区各基站设备的定期替代,从6月17日开始,每天上午10点至下午5点,为期4个月。
据了解,全国超过4600座通讯塔将会升级到最新4G技术、设备及软件。虽然如此,文告中也披露在升级网络期间,Celcom用户将可能经历间歇性服务降级或暂时连线中断。
天地通亚通有限公司(Celcom Axiata Berhad)请求客户的谅解和忍耐,与Celcom一起经历将对他们造成不便的升级行动。

In line with our continuous commitment to providing the best network experience for our customers, Celcom will be modernising over 4600 communication tower sites to the latest 4G technology, equipment and software.
This nationwide initiative will take place between June and September 2016. Once completed, Celcom customers will experience Ultrafast 4G connections.
During the modernisation exercise, customers may experience weaker connections or service interruptions between 10am-5pm. In some instances, unfortunately, there may even be zero coverage. While this situation is unavoidable, we have put in place contingencies and solutions to minimise these interruptions.
You can be rest assured that our dedicated team of network engineers and technicians will be working round-the-clock and throughout the Ramadan and Raya period to complete the works.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work on building the most advanced 4G network in Malaysia.
