不过，想申请免费手机的朋友得符合以下的条规 ：

1. Malaysian citizen aged between 21
- 30 years old only. （大马国民，年龄21 -30岁）
2. Gross monthly salary below
RM3,000. （月收入少于3000元）
3. 1 person is entitled to claim only
1 unit of smartphone. （一人只能申请一台电话）
4. No Blacklist record with any
Telco. （没被电信公司列入黑名单）
5. This application is based on first
come first serve basis due to limited stock availability.The selection process
will be done by SKMM,in which the decisions are FINAL and
no correspondence will be
entertained. （因为有限量名额，所以采取先到先得的方式 ）
